If you want porting to new platform in tizen 2.x(X Server base), you should implement new x video driver to your HW or Kernel envirenment.
if you want investgate to DDX or X Video Driver, below document is useful.

also there are meny reference impelemtation of X Video Driver in

For screen resize, you should implement xf86CrtcConfigFuncsRec and xf86CrtcFuncsRec in x video driver.
