More detail ...

"This site uses a weak security configuration (SHA-1 signatures), so your
connection may not be private."

The identity of this website has been verified by StartCom Class 2 Primary
Intermediate Server CA. No Certificate Transparency information was
supplied by the server.

The certificate for this site expires in 2016, and the certificate chain
contains a certificate signed using SHA-1.

Your connection to wiki.tizen.org is encrypted using an obsolete cipher
suite.

The connection uses TLS 1.2.

The connection is encrypted using AES_256_CBC, with HMAC-SHA1 for message
authentication and DHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.

In Google Chrome on OS X, it used to be plain broken (certificate expired),
then it went from "red" to "yellow". I'm seeing the "door-slam" failure
on my Jolla Phone, but the root cause has been there all that time.
