Would you mind let me know the exact situation of the issue? As far as I know, the regional lock is not applied to Z2 phone and Tizen store is also available in over 50 countries in MEA. Tizen store should be available in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Madagascar where you mentioned. If you let me know the exact issue, then I can ask the related person to fix the bug.
