Dear Ravi, The https://github.com/kopasiak/muxpi repository was some private fork of muxPi form tizen.org.
The official repository is being moved right now from git://git.tizen.org/tools/muxpi to github.com/SamsungSLAV/muxpi. Currently the code is available at both places. The designer of muxPi and maintainer of both repositories is Adam Malinowski <[email protected]>. He will answer all firmware questions.
