You can add your own analyzer either when you create an IndexWriter
instance:

IndexWriter writer = new IndexWriter( directory, YOUR-OWN-ANALYZER, true
);

or when you add a document:

writer.addDocument( doc, YOUR-OWN-ANALYZER );
