You are correct - it's a majority decision, but certainly not a consensus one. There are some types of issues people will clearly never get full consensus on - unfortunately this is one of them. More discussion and more votes wouldn't change the outcome. It may not seem fair that the majority override the minority, but it's also not fair for the minority to override or hold up progress of the majority. -Yonik
