i have it set at 6. but when ever indexer encounters ANY urls with a
space (%20) it will produce that error and goes to the next url. so for
one host, i see 20+ such errors while it should have skipped the
server. but as the error occurs, if i copy the url in my browser, it
gets pulled up just fine.
this is reproducable.
