in regard to:
--enable-fast-tag enable fast tag search in cache mode
--enable-fast-cat enable fast category search in cache mode
--enable-fast-site enable fast site search in cache mode
if i compile without using the above, does that mean that searches will
be slower if i'm using cache mode? also, is it applicable only to
search.cgi? since this is a search engine, wouldn't you want the
fastest performance possible? therefore, would you want to enable them
by default? is '--enable-fast-site' for searching by URL (like
http://wwwhatever.com/) or ???
