There are tons uf such writings on the web. Just use any of search
engines like Google to search for them. There is no one and best
algorithm for everything. I am currently interested in making
mnogosearch faster and for that purpose I am running some indexes in
different continents for own pleasure and fun :). 

What I know is that FullText Indexing exists in newer MySQL-s and
MnoGoSearch does not use this. I am experimenting with very different
things and also sometime I will do tests with MySQL FT features.

Work on customer side gives me much better understanding what should be
improved on MySQL side and also I have other personal reasons to work on
it. If you like to give funding for such work, then this is only good.
