Sorry.
I have such problem too.
All localCharset (cp1251) parameters presents both in .conf and .htm files.
Besides of this, in table url (fieldname - text) presents cirillic words in correct
codding but search don't see them.
In adress string in browswr I see
".....search.php?q=%C6%F3%F0%ED%E0%EB&ps=20&o=0&m=all&ul="
Where is bug!
