As you can see:

There are no spaces in the path and the files in that directory do not have any
spaces in them, the "/var/drugs/" allows directory listing so you can see it for
yourself, and if you type in the URL without the multiple "/" in it, you'd noticed
that there are no spaces in it as well (usually the "%20" sign represents a space in
the name when accessing it through a web browser but there are none in the path or in
the files). If you'd search for "fix 3rd level article template.htm" which is a valid
file on the system you won't find it, as a phrase, if you'd do single word search
you'd stumble across it eventually but I guess that can be configured as well, but my
point is that it doesn't appear that there is a problem with spaces or files that
contains spaces in teir name.
