Example:
You'are searching 4 websites.
http://server1/~gbriggs
http://server2/~gbriggs
http://server3/~acoates
http://server2/~acoates
If you want to be able to search on just ~gbriggs homepages, you give them
one tag [say, "gb"].
Then you give the ~acoates homepages another tag [say, "ac"].
That way, when you're searching, you can give "t=gb", and it'll just search
through ~gbriggs pages.
