In this case you probably wont get anything indexed either. This is what you'll have 
to do:

You'll need to generate a file containing a list of all the domains you want ton index 
(There's not an easy way to generate a list of all *.nl domains, unless you get in 
with the .nl NIC guys or harvest them some way.) Anyways you;ll end up with a file 
that should look like this:

http://foo.nl/
http://bar.bl/
http://baz.nl/
...
...

Let's say you store this list in a file called domains.txt.

Run indexer like this:

indexer -if domains.txt

The indexer will then proceed to index all the domains listed in the file. The indexer 
wont generate a list of domains for you. That's something you'll have to provide 
yourself.
