There is no anything unexpected in indexer behaviour.
This command:
Realm NoMatch http://www.blah.com/Documents/junk/*
means anything in Internet which is not under
http://www.blah.com/Documents/junk/ directory.
If you want to give different setings for whole site and
this directiry use this sequence:
