I've been seeing this with version 3.1.16 using the built in
database. I've tried both Clones on and off (in both the
search.html and indexer.conf) without success.
My case might be a bit different, however. Each result has one
particular directory which differs only in case. Like
".../doda/file.html" and ".../DoDa/file.html"
These hrefs all refer to the same file but I get them listed
separately in the results.
I should probably fix the hrefs, but as case does not really matter
here in URLs I'd like to just suppress them on the basis of the
file being the same (same size, date and hash if it were done).
