You can launch indexer on multiple servers IP, so launch it on
http://www.myapacheserver.com/ and http://www.myntserver.com/
the both will be indexed without any problems I think.
I've indexed an IIS 5 website (Win2000), and got no problems to index .DOC, .PDF and
.XLS files, with dos command parsers.
