Hi,
I am running a
Cobalt RaQ4r (it runs on a modified verson of Redhat 6.1 - I
think)
I installed
PHP 4.0.6, MySQL 3.23.37 and Mnogosearch 3.1.17. PHP and MySQL run flawlessly.
Mnogosearch seemed to compile properly as well, but if I recompile PHP (I did rm
-R cache.config and make clean everytime) - which seems to work as well - and
restart Apache I do get the following error:
Setting up Web Service: Syntax error on line 58 of
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: libudmsearch-3.1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/sbin/httpd
Cannot load /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so into server: libudmsearch-3.1.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/usr/sbin/httpd
both libraries are like so many others in /usr/lib/apache. /etc/httpd/modules is a symlink pointing to this directory. I did not have any problems, before I started to compile php with the --with-mnogosearch- option.
I configured
mnogosearch like this:
./configure
--prefix=/usr/local/mnogosearch --bindir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/bin
--sbindir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/sbin --sysconfdir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/etc
--localstatedir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/var --libdir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/lib
--includedir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/include --mandir=/usr/local/mnogosearch/man
--enable-shared --enable-syslog --disable-linux-pthreads
--disable-freebsd-pthreads --disable-charset-guesser --enable-parser
--enable-mp3 --enable-aliasprog --disable-news-extension --disable-fast-tag
--disable-fast-cat --disable-fast-site --disable-phrase --enable-exec-cgi
--enable-file --enable-http --disable-ftp --disable-htdb --disable-news
--with-mysql
And I configured php
like this:
./configure
--with-apxs --with-openssl --enable-ftp --enable-track-vars --with-imap
--enable-trans-id --with-ldap --with-mnogosearch
I also tried to
avoid the former --enable-ftp bug but to no avail.
Does anybody know,
what I can do? I am not a Linux nerd but I am also not too stupid - at least I
thought so til now ;-). I had help from a friend who is much more familiar with
Linux, but he failed as well. I agree, that Cobalt is a bit weird sometimes, but
til now, I could install anything I needed so far.
So help would be
really, really appreciated.
Regards
Cdric
