Does mnogosearch look at <h1> tags in the body and weight them more than other text,
or anything like that? How does it compare the relevance of two documents that only
have the search words in the body, and decide which one is more relevant? (ie number,
closeness to the top, closeness to other search words, <h1> or <b> tags, etc)
