Webboard: skip "http://www......" no Server

When I use to run the indexer it is skipping all the urls by saying 
"skip htpp://...... no Server
I have also specified the Server command to locate the url pattern in the 
configuration file. I don't know why it is skipping the urls by saying no Server.
