Webboard: Segmentation Fault

I changed UDM_MAXTEXTSIZE to 10240 (10k) and got a segmentation fault whenever it 
tried to index some URLs (which seemed to be the larger pages, but I didn't experiment 
too much with it).

I just changed it to 4096 (4k) and now it seems to be working ok.
