User rights on mnoGoSearch Database?

Hello,
wich user rights(permissions) do the mnoGoSearch mysql database need?
i got the following error when searching through search.cgi

"#1045: Access denied for user: 'foo@localhost' (Using password: YES)"

how can i change(rename) the user "foo" ?
