Well yes, I selected that. But I also selected mysql a couple of prompts
later in the auto-config script. Are you saying you can only compile with
support for one DB?

What version of mnoGoSearch are you using?
Take a look into MySQL queries log. Are there really any
queries sent by indexer when it is working? Are there
any records in other tables?
Probably, you compiled with "built-in" database support,
not with MySQL support.
