For mnogosearch 3.1.x, you can add attribute lang to <html> tag (ex.:
<html lang="en">), or setup your web-server to add Content-Language
header for it respones.
Or setup spell support for words normalizing. With ispell support
enabled, indexer guess document language by counting words languages
after normalization.
Or setup stopword tables. With this option enabled, indexer guess
language by counting stopwords languages.
