MnogoSearch is blazing fast and I am really
love it feature-rich configuration.
But:
The excerpt shown for each found page is simply
the first 255 characters, that is not satisfying at all.
There is a thread which deals with the comparison
of Mnogosearch and Aspseek and there are two features
which are really missing:
- Store (at least plain text version of) indexed document
and show found words in cached copy and short excerpt.
- Allow for grouping of results by site, so some sites
will not flood the result pages.
Is there a beta out which implements this features?
I would like to have a try ...
