Here's a snippet I caught from one of my syslog log files.

I was not using threads anywhere, and I suspect that Postgres was the
problem, because I tried to shut down the postgres daemon and I couldn't.
Running truss (Solaris version of strace) on the bad postgres process and
I saw it doing some weird looping stuff.
