If you use RAID table, don't forget to add this line into
indexer.conf. Probably you didn't notice this reading
url-raid.txt comments:
UseCRC32UrlID yes
Another way is to add auto_increment flag to rec_id field.
However, UNIQUE index by 'url' field is required in this
case.
