As I was preparing a sample page to send to you, I change the 'Output format' to URL to get a cleaner-looking page. And it turned out that although the duplicates have the same URLs, they don't have the exact case match. For example, one starts with 'Http' and the other starts with 'http'. There are also mixed letter cases in other parts of the URLs.
