The version of php front end is 3.1.3.5

The DBMode in search.htm is single
The DBMode in /usr/local/mnogosearch/etc/indexer.conf is single

DBAddr in search.htm is mysql://mnosearch:mno@localhost/mnoGoSearch/
DBAddr in 
/usr/local/mnogosearch/etc/indexer.conf 
mysql://mnosearch:mno@localhost/mnoGoSearch/

Here is the search entry in the web server access log
