on another note, we have URLs like this http://www.uvm.edu/foo/?url=http://www.uvm.edu/bar.html so that would be acceptable double slashes, so the regex should be: ^(http://[^?]*/)/+(.*) is there a way to alias urls without Allow-ing, Disallow-ing, Realm-ing, etc.?
