Author: matsuev Email: Message: Hello i work with mnogo v3.1.15.11 under windows NT i got following problem : i index directory tree on a network share so each time indexer detects catalog name in russian (cp1251 codepage) no more indexing is performed (all going next files get status =0). sql database is interbase v.5.6. in fact i didnt set default charset in my database. Is this important to work correctly with russian charsets? In parameters i put following: a/local charset cp-1251 b/force 1251 yes c/server settings options i put charset cyrillic(cp-1251) when i extract data from database it goes with normal coding cp1251. So what i should do to correctly index catalogs (and files )with russian names?
