Which site do you index? It is available through Internet?
We can check how it sends charset information.

> One more question: is there a way to enable searching without accents?

Mnogosearch doesn't support it yet. However it is on out TODO.
This feature will appear soon. Either in 3.2.4 or 3.2.5.

Please send me this directly using attach. I'm not sure that
WebBoard interpretted these characters correctly.

How did you install MySQL? You should specify during installation
that you want to use iso-8859-2 charset (aka latin2).
