I have compiled with --enable-fast-tags --enable-phrase --with-mysql (I don't use categories nor site restrictions). I have three categories named "000" "001" and "100". I followed the instructions in doc/cachemode.txt, starting cachelogd and running run-splitter. In var/tree there is the three subdirectory level structure as mentioned in cachemode.txt. I have also put DBMode cache in indexer.conf and search.htm. However, when I try to search something (that I'm sure that should be there), no results are returned. Any ideas on what happens? Is there any log file where i can see what's going on in each search?
Another question: is the cache mode in 3.1.19 still beta code, or it is ok for production sites?
