These elements should still be scanned for URLs though. I tried switching the header, menus, and footer off when indexing (keying off user agent string containing MnogoSearch) but then realized that these are the elements that contain the links to index the rest of the site.
I see that the HrefOnly command may be what I need but it is not clear to me how it is used to do what I need.
