I tried connecting via the php connection methods and the connection worked fine. Previously mnogo had been installed for mysql support but since then, I redownloaded mnogo, recompiled it, went to the php directory and ran:
rm config.cache make clean ./configure --.... make make install However it's still not letting me connect to the postgresql server. Do I need to recompile apache as well in order for all the changes to take effect? It seems very likely that the problem lies in the mnogosearch realm since I can connect to pgsql just fine and the indexer is indexing all the pages just fine. It's just when I try to use the php front end it's saying Access denied for user. thanks ahead for any help you can offer!
