Under Win2K, I unzipped the 0.4 download and launched the chandler.exe file as
instructed by the readme file. After a bit of grinding, I get a runtime error
about an "abnormal program termination", and nothing else.

Is there some incantation I'm not aware of? Is there some separate Python
installation that I need to do? (I see a python23.dll file in the bin
directory, which leads me to guess that it's already included.)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
- JR
