Thanks for the suggestions. I just grabbed a demo or Omea from JetBrains (http://www.jetbrains.com/omea/) over the weekend, and I am *very* impressed. Easily the best tool for organizing information since Agenda itself. I hope the Chandler developers take a close look at it.
