The wiki was updated yesterday. This morning, the BlackListPlugin, the
tool that helps us avoid spammy/malicious usage was freaking out. This
was a widespread problem, affecting everyone, and caused by no
particular behavior on anyone's part. Apologies for the outage; it was
a widespread, uncaught problem.
The BlackListPlugin has been disabled, so no related problems should be
seen. We very much would like to get the plugin working again, as it's
normally been a champion spam fighter for us.
I may need to turn the plugin on for short periods of a time (5-10 min)
late at night in order to collect debugging information, but very close
attention will be paid, and any switching-back-on will be announced and
coordinated. Your patience is appreciated.
