Hi Bear, I'm wondering if bleeding edge early adopters who have no real interest in developing for the project would appreciate having access to them. I can make it even smaller with more caveats.

Okay, I pulled together an 'end-user' download page for Chandler Desktop: http://chandlerproject.org/Journal/DownloadChandlerDesktop

Most of the links directly download the .exe or .dmg file except for:
+ Linux builds. Cuz there are directions to look at.
+ Continuous builds, cuz there's no way to link directly to the file. (It would be nice to have that so that end-users don't have to see the debug builds and whatnot.)

I would suggest not even showing continuous builds on the "user" page

1. I propose that we link it off the sidebar and from the landing page, essentially replacing
+ http://chandler.osafoundation.org/downloadchandler.php; with
+ http://chandlerproject.org/Journal/DownloadChandlerDesktop

Jared, is there a way to do this dynamically?

2. Deprecate http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/GettingChandler. It seems there is an almost identical version of it linked from the Developer (Engineering) Area: http://chandlerproject.org/ Projects/ChandlerDesktopSource

+1

Please respond by end of day Tuesday if you have comments / concerns (unless Jared needs things finalized sooner).
