I think Ted was advocating having separate Help pages. Ted, do you own that? Or does this need to be logged in bugzilla.

In the past we haven't just pointed at the faq. For server -- not the service - we'll have multiple versions of the software deployed in the field at any one moment, so we can't just assume that a single help document will suffice.

Yup, pointing to our centralized FAQ page sounds good.
