Jared, one last thing, are URLs going to be camel-cased? or all
lowercase? They should probably all be consistent.

That sounds workable. We can't fully deprecate that Projects area
if we place stuff there permanently of course. But perhaps there
still one more wiki area long-term that we have sussed out yet.
It'll be a long while before Projects or Journal go away.
For the guide, I reserve the right to see how that works in
practice before we determine if it's a separate static page (like
in svn) or hosted as a wiki page.
For now, let's assume the static HTML guide is actually stored as a
wiki page (with skin = PLAIN to turn off all decoration) and
screenshots are attachments to that page.
You can go to http://chandlerproject.org/WikiHome now and it
shows you the wiki home page.
I've linked the Chandler Project graphic logo to go here in the
latest wiki update. I'll do the same for the landing page when it
goes up.
