I have tried to present Chandler from a wholistic - single solution
perspective, as opposed to from a component (Desktop, Server, Hub
Service) perspective.
Our target audience for the Features page are potential end-users.
Therefore I relegated information about Extending Chandler and
Downloading and running your own version of Chandler Server to the
bottom of the page as single bullet points that point to more
documentation in the Developers Wiki.
Ted, if you want to expand on Chandler Server on the Features page
however, feel free to take a pass at that.
