I remember marking it relnote: the problem is for users who want to
use Chandler without email, they get nagged with messages because
of the default accounts being created. Workaround: for those who
want to use a Chandler without email, simply delete
the empty OOTB accounts and the nagging dialog will disappear. This
workaround need to be added to the relnote and/or known issue list.

We need to relnote to early adopters that they may want to edit

* This is not a bug but I didn't know I had to check
authentication. We should probably put this in the FAQ, GetStarted
Guide...not sure where.
Agree with mentioning in the FAQ in a "I can sent email, what's
happening?" section, may be in the Guide as part of the "Setting up
accounts" section.
