I know that this is going to be controversial, but I would like to
propose that we change the default reply behavior of all OSAF
mailiing lists to 'reply to list'. The rationale is simple. We
want all of our projects to be community developed projects, and the
major point of communication and coordination is via the various
mailing lists. We want it to be really easy for people to reply to
the lists, which will usually be the correct thing to do. If we
are going to do this, I think that it is important that we do this
before the Preview release happens, so that new users and
contributors will have this behavior as the default.
Thoughts?
