The moment is about to arrive for GSoC proposals. Apache will probably be chosen again as one of the mentoring organizations, and having portals propose apps can be of help.
This is just a remainder. Things like skins, themes, etc., but also those easy refactorings that no-one finds the time to do... look interesting possibilities. Regards Santiago
