I think the release planning messages and licensing discussions may be
better served on a -dev list. Something to think of in the future anyway
Yes, I fully agree.
We've been hammering this list a lot lately with commit message, JIRA
notifications and all this technical discussion stuff.
I propose we VOTE for a general-dev@ list, if only just to direct the svn and
JIRA messages to.
If nobody objects, I can send out a VOTE mail for that by tomorrow.
