[ANNOUNCE] Apache Portals Pluto 2.0.3 released

The Apache Portals Pluto team is proud to announce the general availability 
release of Pluto 2.0.3.
This is the fourth GA release of the 2.0 line of Pluto conformant to the Java 
Portlet 2.0 Standard JSR-286.

Pluto 2.0.3 is primarily a minor bugfix and maintenance release.
