I'm running into the same issue, so I think it might be generally true 
for Piggy Bank.

Certainly one resource shouldn't take one minute, nor should the time 
grow linearly with additional resources.  It is almost certainly an 
issue with Piggy Bank, and there almost certainly a matter of waiting 
for something to timeout where we shouldn't.

Would you mind perhaps opening up an issue in our issue tracker?
