In the Commands tab (while you're looking at Piggy Bank pages), there is an Export button. That by default exports in RDF/XML, but if you take that export URL and change (or add) the URL parameter called "format" to have the value "n3", I think you'll get n3 out. (I am not 100% sure and I don't have the code here to check.)
