Thanks to David López, we now have a Spanish localization of Exhibit.
It's not officially released yet as there are other changes that I'm not
sure of, but you can link against the development version

to get the Spanish localization. Spanish is chosen automatically if your
user's browser's locale is set to "sp" (in Firefox, browse to
about:config, and filter for "locale"; you'll find the key
general.useragent.locale). As the author of an exhibit, you can force
the locale to be Spanish by including the URL parameter locale=sp when
you include exhibit-api.js.
