Hi David,
I'm sure what could be possible would be to have Exhibit read through
all the posts or links (maybe through RSS?) and have some method of
selecting say specific categories to display in Exhibit.  All the
Javascript files can be included in the Header file for the blog.  And a
specific page Template can be created for exhibit with the correct
facets and other Exhibit controllers.  And via your admin area you can
create a page for your exhibit and use the Exhibit template you just
created.  Just a rough example.  This would also require you to have
some sort of control over the theme of your blog.
